ADDITIONAL INFO
- After hours events can begin at closing time: 8pm Monday – Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday
- Monday-Thursdays we can book out the Solarium (or both solarium and patio) for any time during the day (with the latest booking spot being 6pm, must leave by 8:30) for a minimum spend/booking fee of $750.
If by chance a group would like to have both areas, then the maximum guest count can be 50 with a minimum spend/booking fee of $1500 If it’s a single space that they wish to have then the only option is to have the Solarium as a private area. Any size of group up until 25 guests can book out the solarium. - There will be no refund of remaining money ‘not spent’ No offsales, takeout or merch options ‘to spend the rest’ will be given
The minimum spend fee does not include the gratuity. This has to be calculated at the end of the event time and paid from the group before departing. - Large groups must submit the food order ahead of time, emailed in no later than a week prior to the event so that the Chef knows how much product to order. More food items can be added during the event until the kitchen closes.
- Farmhouse highly recommends large groups to order Charcuterie boards to start as we have beautiful 6ft long wooden live edge boards which are a hit with large parties. It is recommended to order 1 Charcuterie board for every 4 people if served as appies. Farmhouse also recommends ordering 1 pizza for every two people.
- Every booking needs to inform us if all beverages, one beverage each guest or no beverages are covered during the time of the group event
